Breakfast is served from 8.00-9.00am Monday to Friday & 8.30-9.30am Saturday & Sunday although we will be as flexible as possible.
- Porridge
- Full Scottish: Sausages, bacon, fried egg, black pudding, mushrooms, beans & tomatoes
- Vegetarian Cooked: Veggie sausages, hash browns, fried egg, mushrooms, beans & tomatoes
- Two poached eggs on toast
- Two boiled eggs
- Scrambled eggs on toast with Scottish smoked salmon
- Baked Beans on toast
- Bagel with cream cheese & Scottish smoked salmon
We have a wide variety of cereals, fruit juice, yoghurts and fruit in the dining room.
All products have been locally sourced where possible and the eggs are free range.
We cater for Vegetarians, Vegans, Coeliacs and any other dietary requirements - please let us know at the time of booking.
