Do I need to pay a deposit?

We do not usually ask for a deposit, we prefer to take credit/debit card details to secure the booking, however if you would prefer to send a cheque we ask for a deposit of £25.00 per person, made payable to Craigside Lodge Guesthouse.  Other than this we do not take any payment until you are here with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours if you need to cancel your booking.  Failure to do so will result in payment of the 1st night's stay.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our check-in time is usually between 4-6pm however we are very flexible so if you will be arriving outwith these hours please let us know so we can be sure to be at home.

We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Do you cater for people with dietary requirements?

We have a vegetarian option available on our breakfast menu, and if you have any other dietary requirements we will be happy to accommodate them if you let us know when you make your booking.
