Once again we are celebrating at Craigside Lodge - Ewan and his team won the Gold medal at the Curling World Championships in Canada on Sunday!

Ewan and his teammates end a fantastic curling season with the Gold medal at the World Championships.  They beat the Canadian team, the favourites of the competition and a team who had been undefeated all year in championship play, on their home soil in Moncton, New Brunswick, to become the World Champions.  For Ewan this is the third time he has won this title, winning it in 1999 and again in 2006.  Huge congratulations to Ewan and the boys for a terrific season (and a huge sigh of releif from me that the season is over - I'll have Ewan home a bit more now!)
